One Day My Finances Just Opened Up!

One of my favourite personal development books of all time is 'One Day My Soul Just Opened Up' (1999). This book resonates strongly with me - I love its searingly honest and authentic, courageous style. It is a workbook and practical daily guide to spiritual growth. It helps in pulling yourself through harsh times and opening up to the lessons that our soul requires us to experience in order to grow.

The author of the book is the ordained 'New Thought' minister, Iyanla Vanzant.

Thanks (in part) to the magnanimity of Oprah Winfrey (see why here) following a fall into bankruptcy and near destitution, Iyanla is enjoying a huge resurgence of popularity in 2012/13. What is profoundly interesting and has been instructive to me is this fall occurred after she wrote her aforementioned book - and others.

In those books warrior-woman Iyanla, who had suffered one blow after another, had been proffering wisdom about how to gracefully accept what life deals you but little did she know that her suffering still had a way to run.

Indeed suffering and then battling her way out of it seemed to have become 'her story'... and here we need to stop and pause. Ask yourself right now: "What's my story"? What's your repetitive pattern; your drama? We all have one. We inherit these stories from our immediate family and nurturers and they in turn were passed down from their ancestors and so on, right back through time. We come into this world and slowly adopt many of their stories as our own beliefs.

Beliefs are so strong that they can literally get imprinted in the DNA. Read Bruce Lipton and his work on Epigenetics and you'll understand what I mean, for although the most common stories go a little like this: "Things always go wrong for me" or "Rich people are never truly happy" or "You can never trust men to be faithful" there are also other strong beliefs such as "Cancer runs in my family" or "If you don't eat a good diet you'll never be clever". Okay so the last two are particularly controversial but don't shoot the messenger. Read up on Epigenetics and the power of belief.

Remember too this is what the Law of Attraction is all about - belief.

The problem is that sometimes it takes enormous power to change our beliefs. For example, only a master Yogi can change his beliefs enough to overcome the power of gravity or even death in the form we know it. If however you are just trying to break free of everyday learned beliefs and behavioural patterns, well I submit that this is well within the grasp of us all.

Anyway, back to Iyanla...illness struck at the very core of Iyanla's life when her daughter became sick and died. Iyanla was no longer able to battle on dispensing her already hard-earned wisdom. Unable to 'walk her talk' any longer she descended into a dark night of the soul, had to file for bankruptcy and became suicidal. This though is the classic hallmark of the wounded healer. Iyanla's pain, her story and her personal loss were also her greatest gifts and became a huge gain for others. Iyanla wrote a book about her shattering experience called Peace from Broken Pieces and turned a tragedy into a personal resurrection.

Although she would undoubtedly rather have avoided the ultimate 'phoenix from the ashes' act of her life drama, perhaps at some deep level Iyanla carried a fundamental belief that something has to die in order for a true rebirth to occur, or you can't have it all, or loss always follows gain  That's a tough one but again think about it, could it be true for you? I know it was for me.

Whatever the secrets of Iylana's soul, her life lessons have assisted countless numbers of people and given many, many people a new vision and the inner strength to carry on in times of loss and adversity.

At this time, a great number of  people are struggling financially but the purpose of this blog and the reason for bringing Iyanla to your attention is because I believe we are always able to 'collaborate with fate'. First of all though we have to unearth - to bring to the surface - the beliefs we harbour and how they may be affecting our life. The severe economic downturn out there in the world is very real but its effect on you is all down to the story you are telling yourself about where you fit into it. We are surrounded by the A-word; austerity yet there is still a similar amount of money circulating as in the boom times. Indeed due to quantitative easing, which sees extra money being put into circulation, there is probably more. What has changed is the distribution of the money and the beliefs we have about how or why it may be kept from us and what to do about it.

Did you for example, by any chance grow up with the belief that in down times you need to "rein in your expenditure, sacrifice things and become more frugal" OR did you grow up with the story that "What goes round comes round, just keep giving (and maybe even tithing) and the tide will always return to you".

Think carefully about your beliefs and what is actually true and what 'your inherited story' is, for it's in that place, the place where we change our story and make brave new choices, that miracles occur. Our choices and beliefs also affect the collective. We can break the patterning and the programming and become free of received fear and make a difference. We can become creators of our own reality and when we do the world we experience changes too. Believe it!

Be the change you want to see.

Iyanla's organisation. Inner Visions Institute sent out this prayer/affirmation this week. If you are in the grip of financial fear, I encourage you to read it and pass it along (replacing the word Great Spirit with Source or Higher Self if you prefer):

Money Is Choice

Great Spirit, You are the Infinite Giver and Provider of all Loving energy in the Universe.

I am a conscious vessel for all Your good, love and energy, therefore, all my needs are met right now.

When I wake up in the morning, You give me daylight, energy in my being. You breathe me and You love me all day long.

I acknowledge that when You give, Great Spirit, You withhold nothing back from me

Right here and now I choose to receive Your energy as money in my life.

My heart and mind is open to experiencing money in an empowered, loving and joyful way.

I release all lack, limitation and loss stories from my family, ancestry and human family with the experience of money.

Today I choose to align myself with the energy of money; therefore, I circulate money consciously, with freedom, ease and grace.

Thank You for showing me what true giving and receiving looks like, sounds like and feels like.

I am so very grateful that I receive and give money with confidence, authenticity and power.

I am making a radical new choice to be a money magnet moment by moment, each and every day.

Thank you for opening my heart to the innate love that you are within me that always provides for me.

It is this love that is clearing the old stories of doubt, contraction, limitation and lack in my experiences with money.

Thank You, Great Spirit! I love You.

And So It Is.

Amen.

Firestorms will rain on the Headquarters of War

If you are a regular reader of my blogs I think you will know that I have a bit of a loathing for the 'everything is a conspiracy' mentality. On the other hand, I am absolutely of the opinion - if not the knowledge - that we can't blindly accept everything that we are told. We have to retain an open mind and marry reason with intuition/gut feeling and where possible do our own research and form our own balanced opinions. If we don't we will all become sheep-like and simply accept whatever we are told. That is not good for the progression of humanity.

Indeed I passionately believe in this advice:
"Don't blindly believe what I say. Don't believe me because others convince you of my words. Don't believe anything you see, read, or hear from others, whether of authority, religious teachers or texts. Don't rely on logic alone, nor speculation. Don't infer or be deceived by appearances."
"Do not give up your authority and follow blindly the will of others. This way will lead to only delusion."
"Find out for yourself what is truth, what is real "
- The Buddha
Okay so that's my position/disclaimer and before I even get the the crux of this post, I must also add that, on this occasion this probably is one for the conspiracy theorists and I'm only exploring possibilities because it will make for an interesting exercise and blogpost.

I was, however, struck by an article which appeared online in the Huffington Post UK on 19th March 2013 (and judging by the likes, shares and tweets only seen by a small number of people) and the coincidence of a 'meteor' streaking across the skies above Washington, DC just a couple of days later. See a map of sightings issued by the American Meteor Society at the top of this page.

Here's part of that aforementioned article. Click on the link for the full story.

Click to read in full

Just in case you can't see the image or read the article, it is about a propaganda video released by the North Koreans in which there is a threat to launch a rocket attack on The White House. I was particularly fascinated by the fact that the same article goes on to say that the video contains the words from the North Korean narrator: "There is no limit to the range of our strategic rockets."

Is this true? And if it is, could whatever streaked across the Eastern seaboard skies last night, have anything to do with North Korea or was it just a coincidence that they said just a few days earlier: 'Firestorms will rain on the headquarters of war' - i.e. Washington DC.

Now I'm not suggesting this was a botched nuclear attack, for who could keep that quiet? If, though, it was a 'look at what we are capable of' salvo from North Korea which took the U.S. by surprise, when their guard may be temporarily down or refocused whilst Obama is in Israel, then it would be an embarrassment of monumental proportions to the USA. Can you imagine the ensuing public consternation! We are unlikely to ever be told.

So I thought I would take a look at the astrological charts. This is because if the ultimate implication is one of 'Hey USA, we can nuke you if we wish', astrologers would expect it to show up in certain charts - namely the one of the very first timed, controlled nuclear explosion which was 16 July 1945 at 05.29.21 MWT in Alamogordo, New Mexico, USA (codenamed Trinity).

We would also look to the chart of the first use of nuclear power as a weapon on 6 August 1945, 08.15 JST Hiroshima, Japan.

Gosh, golly! Just look at what I found.

The reports of last night's meteor came in from 19.50 to 20.03. The chart of the eastern seaboard meteor sightings is the outer chart and the inner one is the chart of the first controlled nuclear explosion in New Mexico in 1945. The Moon last night was at the EXACT degree and minute (of arc) as the position of Pluto in 1945.

Furthermore - and really quite an extraordinary coincidence - the planets Mars and Uranus were in conjunction yesterday. Not only are these the planets we associate with surprise attacks (Uranus) of rockets -or fireballs - (Aries).. see my March 8th blog post where I specifically mentioned this... but these two planets are now squaring the nodal axis in the chart of the first use of the bomb on civilians, which occurred a few weeks after the Trinity test when the atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima in 1945.

Whatever flew by last night, rocket or fireball, it looks to have contained massive energy and firmly links in to the charts of nuclear power.

In astrology we have always connected the nodal axis with karmic events. PLUS the transiting nodal axis is now aspecting the Ascendant of the chart of the deployment of that Hiroshima bomb.

It's all food for thought and either a huge coincidence or one to keep watching - especially in September and  October 2013 and again in 2014 when transiting planets once again 'kick off' the 1945 nuclear power charts. That's not a time to be engaging in games of brinkmanship with any owner of nuclear weapons as it suggests a very real threat.

That, or we should again look up to the skies and watch out for meteors or comets which may actually make contact at these times plus take extra safety and security measures around any nuclear power stations which may be vulnerable to attack or damage from geophysical events. This is the true value of astrology - being able to pinpoint times of maximum threat, as the March 8th blogpost showed.

Papal Inauguration of Liberation Theology

Picture of a young pope-to-be with his family by Sergio Rubin

So we have a new pope who is white and from Argentina not Africa. The comet PanSTARRS seems to have been a harbinger of change at the top but, let's face it, tracking the comet with astromaps in the hope that it might give a clue as to where the new pope would hail from does prove to have been next to useless (see previous post on comets). I guess I can try and make light of it and note that Jorge Bergoglio comes from Buenos Aires (Aries!) but even I groan at that one.

What did catch my eye however, was this wonderful picture of the new pope riding in the bus with his fellow cardinals. Note the wonderful juxtaposition of black cardinal and white pope, left and right. Great image.

I'm keen to know who was in the final running for the Papacy but got pipped at the post. Has anyone broken the secrecy of conclave and let slip? Let me know. Did we almost have an African pope?

Almost isn't good enough however, so let's move on.

Now, I don't want to give the David Icke-esque conspiracy theorists extra fodder for their 'the world is run by a secret cabal' stance but you may be interested to know that the name which the pope has chosen - Francis - comes from the word 'free' and was often given to men who were themselves a freemason or the son of one. Names have metaphysical meaning and Francis is often the moniker of those who are the natural freethinkers of this world or inclined to libertarianism.

Have you got a child called Francis or even a girl called Frances? I bet he/she's naturally a bit of a 'free spirit' or likes to shake things up a bit!

We feel that we have free will over choice of names, but do we really or are we, and our parents,  prompted by some divine design?

It's certainly a pretty 'freeminded' if not anarchical thing to do to eschew tradition and effectively say 'sod the limo I'm on the bus with the rest of my mates' just after your election. The choice of Bergoglio was a shock in itself  if the chorus of "Who?" that went up on the announcement of the new pope is anything to go by. It is certainly a fairly radical cardinal who would shun the use of his luxurious, official residence in Buenos Aires in favour of a one bedroomed flat and ride the underground to bring himself closer to his countrywide flock of 33 million.

For those of you who may be unsure "anarchism entails opposing authority or hierarchical organization". Hardly the perfect qualities for the head of the Catholic church but it seems Pope Francis is, as a Jesuit, a proponent of 'Liberation theology' and as such is indeed set to shake things up in Rome and the Church ...just as we astrologers fully expect (from our knowledge of cycles and correspondence) the next pope to do.

If all this fascinates you and is not too woo-woo then let me go further by informing you that in metaphysical thought everything has a celestial and terrestrial correlation and the word 'Free' and the name Francis have correspondence to the planet Uranus and therefore the sign of Aquarius. Which section of our planet do you suppose is assigned to Aquarius, if we take the Prime Meridian at Greenwich as our start point?

It's Eastern South America - Argentina.

Argentina falls within Aquarius

With Mars approaching a conjunction with Uranus later this week the attention is firmly on all things Uranian and therefore, by correspondence everything Aquarian and all those called Francis (San Franciscans watch out). Mars/Uranus is the classic 'out with the old and in with the new' aspect of unexpected change and cutting things out/or off (Uranus in myth had his testicles cut off!).

Aquarius is associated, amongst many things, with friendships, politics, groups and the Internet as a whole. As this aspect will be present at the papal inauguration ceremony so shocks, change, shake ups, cutbacks and just doing things differently will hold true for Pope Francis' whole papacy.

For us all personally however, this next week we should look out for actions where we may impulsively end up 'cutting off our nose to spite our face' or notice where something gets cut from your life.

Watch out for power cuts/outages, arguments with friends and within online forums. Watch out for shock announcements and political turmoil (oh dear, Budget week here in the UK) and look out for strikes and major job cuts. I also should draw your attention to the fact that cases of meningitis (viral or otherwise) strokes, accidents to the head, mental illness and brain disorders can peak at these times, so take extra care.

On the plus side, wonderful surprises, new encounters, a rising interest in astrology and metaphysics, eureka/flash-of-insight moments and the ability to suddenly set yourself free from situations where you have felt stuck have all been found over many centuries of observation to correlate to these Mars/Uranus conjunctions.

One thing is for sure it will be a fast moving week of change, new ideas, surprises, seismic shifts and new conditions. Take a re-read of last weeks post for more information on the consequences of planets moving into the sign of Aries.

Until next time,

Kathryn

'Blazing Stars' - PanSTARRS Comet at 0 Aries and Conclave

John Gadbury, an English astrologer, interpreted Comets in his book, De Cometis. He wrote: ‘These Blazeing Starrs! Threaten the World with Famine, Plague, & Warrs’- ‘To Princes, Death: to Kingdoms, many Crises: to all Estates, inevitable Losses!’ The following year (1665) London was hit by the Black Death, followed by the Great Fire the year after.
but
In Applebees Journal 1723  Defoe countered the gloomy prognostications of astrologers by listing a number of benign comets i.e. those which appeared at great and happy moments in human history - William Lee - Daniel Defoe: His Life and Recently Discovered Writings 1716-1729

So which is it? Doom or joy? What are we to make of the latest, magnificent comet C/2011 L4 a.k.a PanSTARRS - so named from Panoramic Survey Telescope & Rapid Response  - which has now joined the other 6 heavenly bodies in the division of the ecliptic that we designate as Pisces (see previous post).

Here is PanSTARRS in a picture taken from Australia by Jim Gifford

Is it an ominous portent or quite the opposite? Well put it this way, it would seem that something is about to flare up! I say this because the comet is currently precisely conjoined to Mars and is making its way into the 'uprising' sign of Aries on March 9th. On Tuesday, 12th March, Mars follows suit and heads towards a conjunction with the planet of the unexpected; the radical, the unprecedented, the shocking - Uranus - on the 22nd, which at 8 degrees Aries is in close square to Pluto (at 11 Capricorn).

As, one by one, this current line up of planets in Pisces transition into the sign of Aries and join Uranus then square Pluto it is clear that we are all going to be feeling the impetus of new beginnings. New jobs, new roles, new homes, new babies, new finances, new partners, it's all change that's for sure. Furthermore, it will be rapid change once things really start to kick off. For just as Aries is the sign associated with new beginnings, unfolding and the initiation (or ignition of things) it has also been noted that when Mars occupies this sector of the skies it correlates with speed. It also has correspondence with firestorms, fireballs, anger, aggression, cuts (physical or metaphorical like job cuts) firearms (so expect the ongoing gun control debate to be absolutely center stage in coming weeks). Sadly it also has links to rockets and war.

By the second week in April the Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars and Uranus will all occupy Aries. You don't need me to tell you that a big changing of the guard is underway. You can most likely feel it in your own life and see it out in the world. The Pope's being replaced.  Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands has also abdicated - something is coming to an end or something is into a big transition phase in your life too. It's probably going to be a bit of a breath-holding couple of months in places where tensions are already high and people are keen to make changes or to break new ground. Planets in Aries also invoke the opposite sign of Libra so diplomacy and negotiation will be a factor. New agreements may be forged but confusion and uncertainty could precede them. Everyone should watch out for impulsiveness if there's a feeling that things aren't happening fast enough or time is running out.*

Aries is also a cardinal sign, which brings us right back to the subject of the new Pope. Having looked at the AstroMaps (see here for more about what I can tell you from these) I have to review my previous assertion that it looked like Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone may be the most likely candidate to fulfill the Petrus Romanus prophecy and instead tell you the following:

Comet PanSTARRS became visible to those of us in the northern hemisphere from last night (7 March) and, as I say, it is currently in the last 2 degrees of Pisces making it's way across the 'World Point' of 0 Aries tomorrow, 9th March.*

0 Aries is the Greenwich Meridian (also known as the Prime Meridian) and this means that the comet will  cross from west to east longitudes. In order to see the locations on the globe where the comet finds angularity I want to show you the Astromaps*

Pisces Stellium to west of London today but PanSTARRS (9th) and Mars (12th) heading East over 0 Aries

At the moment the 5 planets and Chiron plus the comet are bunched up in Pisces still to the west of England and Europe - see above (the comet's shown by the black line) but Mars and the Comet are just about to cross over the Prime Meridian and that firmly highlights Africa.

The comet PanSTARRS will symbolically cross this imaginary line on the 9th March and Mars follows on Tuesday 12th. The war torn country of Mali has the Prime Meridian (0 Aries) going right through it so let's keep an eye on developments there but regarding the papacy it is interesting to note that Cardinal Peter Turkson (64) currently a front runner, hails from another location under the Prime Meridian, Ghana.

5 Facts about The Potential First Black Pope

Could it possibly be that the Comet (which along with Venus has angularity over Ghana) foretells that Turkson will get the job? Is it a harbinger of luck for a Ghanian pope? Chiron, a planetoid associated with 'Christed' people is there above Ghana at the Equinox too and with the forename of Peter he would certainly fit the bill but wait... could it possibly be that Cardinal Francis Arinze from Nigeria, a man widely expected to be passed over because of his advanced age - he's 80 years old - will unexpectedly be given the position?

When we also look at where the March 22nd Mars/Uranus lines fall we find them conjoining right over Nigeria!

Either way, whether Turkson or Arinze  - or even a totally shock choice like Cardinal Wilfred Napier from Durban, an African pope would be a radical change, therefore perfectly fitting the symbolism of the Mars/Uranus (square Pluto in Capricorn) conjunction in Aries.

Until the white smoke arises from the Sistine Chapel and we hear the words: “Annuntio vobis gaudium magnum: habemus papam which translates as, “I announce to you news of great joy: we have a Pope”we just won't know but one thing is assured, the Uranus/Pluto revolution is well underway (radical change to established institutions) and a massive turning point has now arrived in 'the Church.'

Update: Conclave due to start on March 12th as Mars crosses Prime Meridian (0 Aries)

Jesus! A Plethora of Planets in Pisces 2013

We now have Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars and Neptune in the 12th division of the zodiac, known as Pisces. That's not all that is going on though because the planetoid Chiron is also there with them. On 10th March the Moon will join this line up to make 7 planetary bodies in total. Now isn't that about the time a new Pope will be elected? Hmmm, interesting because although conclave was originally set to begin March 15th  "it is now widely expected that the cardinals will lock themselves away in the conclave in about two weeks' time - around the weekend of 11 March"  - BBC.

Could the Vatican be taking their timing from the skies? Well it may interest you to know that Jesus Christ (and a Pope because he is seen as the emissary of Jesus) is allied in astrology to the sign that all these planets will be occupying - Pisces  This correspondence is for a number of esoteric reasons which a vast proportion of the population who already have an interest in astrological symbolism are probably unaware. Indeed of which many astrologers are also possibly still unaware.

Some understand it to be related to the fact that the Vernal Point has been precessing back through the constellation called Pisces in the Christian era, others think the period when the Sun is traversing the sign of Pisces coincides with Christ's true birthday. There's some truth in the former but the real reason Pisces as a sign (not a constellation) has come to be associated with Jesus and religion, and why it is such interesting timing for the Pope to make his 'abdication' is found in the knowledge that the biblical tale that Jesus 'died on the cross'. This is actually an occulted (which means hidden or veiled) reference to the annual cycle of the Sun (son) which after its time in the 30 degree division we call Pisces appears* to transition from one place to another as it passes from the Southern hemisphere to the Northern hemisphere at the spring (vernal) equinox (0 Aries).

Thus the Sun (Son of God) leaves the lower plane (hemisphere) for the higher one 'crossing' the celestial equator on March 20 resurrecting day length and warmth and reinvigorating nature in the North. The Sun is reborn to new life! It's arisen into a new hemisphere. Can you recognise the allegory? Son...Dies on cross... Arises/Is resurrected.

Think about this. What does it all mean? Can you imagine what would happen to the Church if as well as having to recognise that senior religious figures have long been covering up acts of indecent behaviour and financial shenanigans, the faithful then began to discover that the fundamental tenet upon which the entire Christian faith is founded; that of the crucifixion, death and resurrection of an actual person called Jesus Christ, is spurious too!

“The time will come when the secret wisdom, shall again be the dominating religious and philosophical urge of the world. The day is at hand when the doom of dogma shall be sounded…Out of the cold ashes of lifeless creeds shall rise, phoenix like, the ancient mysteries” Manly P. Hall

Start researching this for yourself. The truth is hard to get to due to the fact that in the first few centuries of the common era, when there was a raging battle for power and moral authority, forgeries, false insertions, rewriting, interpolation and general butchering of the texts was a common occurrence. It eventually becomes clear however, that a large number of the Scriptures are allegorical tales; veiled blueprints; a cache of ancient knowledge; a deliberately encoded teaching tool about the workings of nature, the heavens, the human anatomy - specifically the brain - and the pathway to enlightenment. Enlightenment being the recognition that we are human beings who have strayed away from our spiritual nature and innate divinity. Enlightenment  is our return to God, whilst still alive.

We are each a differentiated part of God (God = the Universe and its forces). We are like fractals of the whole. Heaven is not a place 'up there', rather it is a state we can create in our daily life when we can bring the left and right hemispheres of our brain into alignment and our internal bodily systems into perfect harmony with the external rhythms of nature. The study of planetary cycles (astrology - and many Eastern practices such as Yoga and Meditation) teaches us how to do that. Since time immemorial Man has noted that what was happening up above was affecting what was happening around and within him. Only those blinkered by religious doctrines refuse to see it.

Getting back to Jesus though: when the Sun occupies the division of ecliptic (the apparent path of the Sun) right before the vernal equinox, this sector is known as Pisces. The Sun (allegorized as the Son of God) will always be there for a period of 30 degrees of the 360 circle - approximately 30 days. This division is the 12th sector of the whole cycle of the Sun cycle. It is no coincidence that some priests say Jesus was 12 when he started his teachings or that Luke 3:23 states that Jesus was "about 30 years" of age when he started his ministry (Pisces = 12th sign. 12 signs of 30 degrees. 1 degree = a day or a year so that in the language of symbolism equals 30 years).

Jesus is then said to have ministered for 3 years. He was crucified at 33. All numbers in the Bible have layers and layers of meaning. The number 33 is highly important in the human body (for reasons we shall see) and you will always find it linked to the name of Christ. It's nothing to do with the age of the former carpenter in the tale or how long he taught for.

Can you see the symbolism of Jesus as the 'Light of life' ( The Sun) on the cross here?

Jesus is also said to have arisen from the dead after 3 days. This is another veiled truth for due to the refracting or bending effects* of the Earth's atmosphere the observed equinox precedes the true equinox by a few days in Spring. (In the fall it follows by a few days). So the Sun (allegorical son) is observed to have died 'on the cross' and is then found to have arisen 3 days later ( 30 +3 = 33) when the Sun has left Pisces behind and 'arisen' in Aries.

The Sun is the giver of all life and light. Light is measured in wavelength. All the activity of the Sun alters the electromagnetic fields that we live within and which our neurons respond to. The daily and annual rhythm of dark to light and the varying angularity of the light rays the Sun delivers to Earth has specific oscillatory effects upon the human body. Each person is like a finely tuned instrument.  In our bodies even our CSF (Cerebral Spinal Fluid)  known as 'Brain waters' ( mer = the word for water and is 'coincidentally' the root of the word Mary!) pulsates to a rhythm.

CSF fills the spinal cord which links the 33 vertebrae (hence age of Jesus 33 when he died and 33 degrees of Freemasonry) of the spine and floods the brain cavities. It is known to have an oily quality to it. Thus the brain water 'anoints' the nervous and endocrine system. CSF is affected by the internal and external factors and is replaced approximately every 6 hours.

The brain is cushioned from the skull by CSF and in the brain the Optic Chiasm is a literal crossing of nerves at the base of the brain. The optic chiasm and optic tracts process photons (light) and decode the wavelengths we receive. It links* into our pineal gland, at the base of the 3rd ventricle, which is known as the 'Third Eye' (Google all about the third eye). When day and night are of equal length this has a markedly different effect on our brains cells and therefore our internal systems to other times. It's a cross over point, a point of momentary equilibrium and harmony with our environment and in esoteric terms offers a potential window for bridging spiritual and physical. Above all it's when a new cycle begins in our bodily systems. One day I'm sure we will all be given the day off on Equinoxes to celebrate the start of a new year!

So, as you have heard the equinoxes are times of maximum power and are dates of supreme importance to religious leaders. In astrology the time when the Sun crosses the celestial equator (Equinox) has come to be known as a World Point due to the fact that events which affect us individually and collectively often seem to coincide with the date in March. This is for a two fold reason a) we are naturally prompted by external rhythms and environmental factors to feel the start of a new cycle and b) leaders will often choose to initiate important events around this day +/-3 as they know it will carry the power of a new cycle behind it.

The Pope most certainly knew, or was directed to ensure, that his papacy reached its conclusion in line with the cycle of the Sun. It had to be assured that a new successor could be in place by the end of the sign of Pisces, hence the papal decree to bring forward conclave.

Still not sure that what I am writing has any validity?

If you look at these three images you will see how this knowledge about light and the 'cross' is hidden in plain sight in the heraldry of the Holy SEE!.

In the Christian 'teaching tale' Jesus was crucified at Mount Calvary (Golgotha). In Latin Calvaria means "a skull"  The skull is represented by the chalice which explains why it was the religious custom for a chalice to be consecrated by being anointed with chrism. Chrism is Christ oil i.e. CerebroSpinalFluid. CSF carries hormones, including melatonin from the pineal gland whose secretions are affected by light input through the eyes.

There's far too much arcane wisdom to reveal in such a small space but suffice to say the reason that the sign of Pisces correlates, in astrological literature, with religion, wholeness, contemplation, sacrifice, oil, water,  redemption, atonement, charity, compassion selfless service to humanity, renunciation, being cloistered away, visions, miracles and other such key words is all linked directly to the Christ story.

Above all though it is the 12th sign and always the end of one complete cycle of the Sun/Earth relationship.** For this reason the abdication of the Pope at this specific time gives the  prophecy of the Last Pope  added significance for "the prophecy ends with a pope identified as "Peter the Roman", whose pontificate will allegedly bring the destruction of the city of Rome and usher in the beginning of the Apocalypse"

Apocalypse is actually a Greek word meaning an uncovering or unveiling. The destruction of Rome is a most certainly a euphemism for the destruction of the Catholic Church. Therefore there is every chance that the next pope really will be the 'Last Pope'. 'The end times' are coming.  They are not the end of time itself but the end of the time of ignorance, religious dogma, denial and deceit. It is surely going to prove impossible to uphold Catholicism as it currently stands as more and more people work to unveil the hidden truth of the Bible and the Christ story.

That's all from me for now,

Hope I've interested you to find out more. There's a lot of rubbish out there, but I recommend all texts, books and talks by Manly P. Hall and browsing sacredtexts.com is a great place to start.

best wishes,

Kathryn

Nowhere Left For Pistorius To Run Anymore - the astrology

Dear Kathryn

I've just been reading about the murder of Reeva Steenkamp. What's your take on it? What does the astrology show about Oscar Pistorius and the events that unfolded on Valentines' Day? - Mike

Hi Mike,

Thanks for your question. What a tragedy this story is. Having seen Oscar's chart, my opinion is that it most definitely looks like a 'crime of passion' - the result of temporary, aberrational actions.

Let's delve deeper.

Oscar Pistorius was born in Pretoria (see update at bottom of page) on 22 November, 1986. We can't judge and condemn any person based solely on their astrological chart, nor can we absolve them of guilt but we can, like crime detectives, build up a picture. The picture I see would have me campaigning for his incarceration - not in a prison, but in a facility where he can receive the love and understanding he needs. I say this knowing that the agony which Oscar Pistorius will suffer each day as a result of his unbridled emotional outburst will be penance enough. (Indeed, I would most definitely have him on suicide watch for a long time to come).

Until an exact birth time surfaces (see update below) we can't be 100% sure whether Oscar is a Scorpio or Sagittarius as he was born right on the cusp. Personally however, I favour that he is the former - a Scorpio. This places his chart ruler in the unpredictable sign of Aquarius (a sign associated with the lower legs) and places the co-ruler, Pluto, in conjunction with Venus. Venus/Pluto can literally kill (Pluto) the lover (Venus) and is known as the aspect of 'If I can't have you no-one else will' i.e. it's particularly noted in cases of sexual jealousy and control 'freakery', especially over love and finances.

Whether he is a Sagittarius or a Scorpio though, either way the chart paints a picture of a man whose emotions run as deep as his will power; a man for whom competing and winning never brought him the security, self worth and depth of love he craves.

The majority of the world know that Pistorius was caught with the body and the smoking gun. There is no question he killed Reeva Steenkamp. The grey area lies around whether the prosecution can prove it was premeditated or not. As I say, the astrology would point towards a crime of passion - a jealous rage - not a premeditation ( i.e. a deliberate desire and forethought to kill). It was more likely diminished responsibility due to loss of emotional control, but why did it play out this way? This is where picture building comes in...

Imagine this: a baby is born into a family and due to a congenital malformation the parents have to take the decision to amputate both of the legs (below the knee) of their much loved child. You can't tell me that in the first year of its life that this young baby will not pick up on a whole torrent of intense emotions, which it's parents would have been diligently trying to hide from the baby behind false smiles. This is shown in his chart by the line up of Venus, Pluto and Mercury in Scorpio which point to intensity, subterranean emotional turmoil and (in later life) a desire to be told the truth.

Many will say 'Oh what would a baby know of false atmospheres at that young age?' but in astrology we know that the character is formed in the first 7 years of life. Children absorb everything. They are sensate beings. Just the emotional impact on the parents and wider family dealing with the unexpected birth defect, let alone the agonising decision-making process they had to endure, whilst also keeping life 'normal' for the siblings in his early years, must have been a huge strain on everyone.

For this innocent child to then witness the breakdown of his parents marriage before the age of 7 years is an additional emotional onslaught. What anger or coldness did he witness? We can also surmise that any child would probably have felt that their disability may have been a factor in that break-up, which can often engender feelings of guilt.

Just a divorce can sometimes be enough to blight a child's emotional well being for many-a-moon but for young Oscar Pistorius the adversity continued. His Mother, who we can also surmise, he must have been particularly dependent upon at a young age due to the nature of his disability, died after what should have been a routine operation. Oscar was still only 15.

Good god, my heart goes out to him.

Still Oscar Pistorius literally pulled himself up, pulled on a strong demeanour and got on with his life. In the eyes of all those looking on he made a phenomenal success of this task too. Rather than automatically assuming however that Oscar was driven by an internal desire to reach for a goal, what if the amount of 'why me?' pain was something that Pistorius was running from? Certainly it is interesting to note that he only took up running in the year after his Mother's death and that he has her date of birth and date of death indelibly marked on his arm. Unprocessed grief is a shadow that follows everywhere 24/7. The death of a parent at a young age is a hard one for anyone to bear.

So what does the Universe, in it's infinite wisdom, do when someone is unable to process their pain in the normal manner? It can set up (with our unconscious help) a situation whereby all of our deepest fears are enacted - in Pistorius' case the loss of another woman he deeply loves. A loss which plunges him into having to deal with his unresolved grief and in a way that guarantees he can't run away from it anymore.

I appreciate that for some of you reading this is a highly controversial theory but in the world of Metaphysics, that's the way life works. We create our reality based on the working of our conscious and unconscious mind. If we don't become aware of our internal nature our external world will ensure it is brought to our attention. Sometimes very dramatically. Carl Jung knew this and he wrote:

When an inner situation is not made conscious, it appears outside as fate. - Carl Jung

In this respect the apparently tragic loss of Reeva can be viewed more as a 'cosmic collaboration'. Pistorius brought her into his 'universe'. The suppressed rage and grief from his early years exploded, just like the meteor in Russia did at that time, shattering the 'glasshouse' of his hallowed existence  - fatally injuring Reeva in the process.

But... at some level it can be viewed that Reeva was freeing herself - her work done on this Earth.

Pistorius now has to face up to his actions and take responsibility for his emotions. At the same time the rest of the world who have brought this story into their own 'hologram' (see previous posts) get to witness more about the need to clampdown on gun ownership, as well as recognising (yet again) that fame and financial wealth are never a guarantee of happiness and emotional security.

Now,  there are many people with equally tragic back stories who do not go onto commit murder but for some reason this is the outcome which these two souls had signed up for. (Remember, whether it is proved to have been premeditated or not Pistorius did kill Reeva) I have little doubt that drugs and alcohol will have played a huge part.

In conclusion though, for the sake of Reeva's memory and her family, one can only hope that Oscar Pistorius tells the unadulterated truth about the events of that night or he will compound everyone's turmoil, which will serve only to line the pockets of Lawyers. There is a plethora of planets about to line up in the sign of lies, deceit and cover- ups, Pisces. Operating at its highest level however Pisces can be the sign of spiritual benefits, compassion and altruism. If Pistorius can tell it straight and be given any help he needs, there can yet be a positive outcome. Compassion can ensue. Then, in some manner, in months and years to come it's possible he could work to help all the millions of other children and adults who are locked in prison (actual or metaphorical) from unresolved emotional pain. In this way Reeva's death will not have been in vain.

As a one-time hero and role model to millions Oscar Pistorius has the privilege and advantage of being able to reach out and potentially save the lives of others who might die as a result of violent crime brought on by unprocessed emotions. It's an opportunity to do good which will make his life worth living again, if he can just stop 'running' and look within.
Man's task is to become conscious of the contents that press upward from the unconscious. - Carl Jung

Until next week,

Update Sources now say that Oscar was born in Sandton, Johannesburg. This will not change any of the astrological info referred to in this post. There are some sites using a birthtime of 10.30am but not quoting their source, so at present any time remains speculative. With a 10.30am time however Oscar will indeed be a Scorpio.

This article was penned prior to any court testimony. I have now changed ( 22/2/13) just two or three words as Mr Pistorius has just been released on bail after firmly maintaining that he thought he was shooting at an intruder/s. We now have to allow the justice system to do it's work. Why he never noticed his girlfriend was absent from the bed and why he didn't call out to see if Reeva was in the bathroom before shooting and why she didn't cry out after the first shot was fired are questions only he knows the answer to.

Is Prof Cox a Pisces? Is the Pope a Catholic?

Image from www.holoscience.com
Someone with a user name called Create Hype followed me on Twitter soon after I published my blog post last week. The coincidence (or was it irony) was noted because, sure enough, I had deliberately put a controversial title to my last post, knowing full well that people would click on it - and they did in their droves. I'm in the business of bringing information before the eyes of those who are ignorant about metaphysics and the true nature of astrology. I'd like people to be a little more broadminded and wake them up to the interconnectivity of the Universe. How I achieve that is up to me.

Had Professor Brian Cox validated astrology? Of course not. He's a dyed-in-the-wool sceptic. Was the title therefore a lie? No, it was a bit of harmless spin for he had validated a mechanism for astrology (which is what the title said) by his assertion that everything in the Universe is connected, and specifically by this quote:

'the subatomic building blocks of our bodies are constantly shifting in response to events occurring at the edge of the universe.'

Prof Cox read the piece. I know because he tweeted that is was 'a spectacular mis-understanding (sic) of Quantum Theory'... but was it? I think he (and the others who threw in their various barbs) thought that with a few withering retorts I'd slink off back under my rock.

The truth is I had quoted from many eminent physicists and here's some more quotes. The definition of quantum theory is:

'...there is no fundamental difference in the makeup and behavior of energy and matter; on the atomic and subatomic level either may behave as if made of either particles or waves. This theory became known as the principle of wave-particle duality: elementary particles of both energy and matter behave, depending on the conditions, like either particles or wave'
and
'Niels Bohr proposed the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum theory, which asserts that a particle is whatever it is measured to be (for example, a wave or a particle), but that it cannot be assumed to have specific properties, or even to exist, until it is measured. In short, Bohr was saying that objective reality does not exist. This translates to a principle called superposition that claims that while we do not know what the state of any object is, it is actually in all possible states simultaneously, as long as we don't look to check'.

and that's exactly what I was saying last week.

Now let me add, if you didn't read last week and/or you have never come across Quantum Theory before, I am pleased to have been of service in bringing this information (above) to your eyes. Additionally, it may be that what Professor Brian Cox meant in his tweet was that my post was a spectacular misunderstanding of the information he presented. It may be that he sees no mechanism inherent in that information to validate astrology, rather than seeing a misunderstanding of the theory itself. Either way, that's fair enough, but it was a few mind stretching thoughts, hardly an academic treatise and I wasn't expecting him to suddenly say: Bejesus Kathryn, you are right. I now believe in astrology!

The point is, people like you and me have a right to put forth information and knowledge without being bullied or denounced by those who consider themselves to be superior. I've no doubt Cox is 1000% superior in knowledge about QM but I'd stop short of saying anyone is my intellectual superior - or yours. We simply have different strengths: "If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will spend its whole life thinking it is stupid." Albert Einstein

I'm far from alone in my way of thinking. I love this comment from an article called: Vast Emptiness- Mindful Reflections on Professor Brian Cox’s Wooing of Stars with Dire Warnings of Hippy Quantum Woo-Woo and Astrological Bottom Tattoos!

This article was penned after the first showing, in 2011, of the lecture by Professor Cox. This is the same lecture I was referring to last week. The article appeared in the Journal of Consciousness Exploration & Research and the author says of Cox:-

'In his opening praise of the Royal Institution and the heroes of science who have been its members Cox warns his audience against closed-mindedness by quoting Humphrey Davey:

Nothing is so fatal to the progress of the human mind as to suppose that our views of science are ultimate, that there are no mysteries in nature and that our triumph is complete.

He then tells his audience, brandishing a million dollar diamond, that he is about to try and explain some aspects of quantum theory and that this theory, which explains the structure of matter itself‘, is very strange and mysterious. It indicates that quantum level 'particles' can be in an infinite number of places at the same time and "the subatomic building blocks of our bodies are constantly shifting in response to events occurring at the edge of the universe". At this point, just a few minutes since his lighting the Davey lamp in praise of open mindedness, Cox abandons all attempts at decorous scientific even-handedness. These extraordinary quantum behaviors, he admonishes his audience, are "not a license to talk utter drivel". Quantum theory, he says, "describes the world with higher precision" than Newtonian mechanics but, he emphatically declares, "it does not allow mystical healing, ESP or New Age woo-woo." Quantum physics is done by physicists "without star signs tattooed on their bottom". At this point his audience laughed appreciatively. What they were appreciating, however, is far from clear. For, given that by their own admission just about all of them have not got a clue about quantum theory, how they could possibly know whether or not Cox himself was talking drivel at this point is indeed a mystery, quantum or otherwise'.

It's so true! People seem to be able to produce a filter that says 'Astrology is bull****' based on their lack of understanding but hang on to the every utterance of anyone with a modicum of fame and letters after their name. Such closed-mindedness doesn't make sense to me. Yet Cox who is a Piscean (a sign well known for it's tendency to get extremely mentally confused) seems to be sending out mixed messages. Let's look again at his opening comment in his lecture:

Nothing is so fatal to the progress of the human mind as to suppose that our views of science are ultimate, that there are no mysteries in nature and that our triumph is complete.

How confusing! Cox was directly quoting a man who is effectively saying 'Nothing is so fatal to humanity as a belief that Science has the ultimate answers and that there are no mysteries' but Cox simultaneously holds the view that astrology is a load of cr** because it's a mystery to Science as to how it could work, so it can't be true! Oh, you have to smile!

We metaphysicians and other heretical people are simply ahead of our time - the rest will catch up eventually! What I have no doubt about is that one day, people will come to understand that the secrets of the Cosmos, i.e, the Universe seen as a well-ordered whole, can be better understood through the study of heavenly cycles and celestial/terrestrial correspondence known as Astrological lore. Don't let the bullies - like this sad one here, who then deleted his tweeted comments - keep us down. Just feel sorry for their present limitations.

Now, back to my meanderings down the rabbit hole. I didn't have to go very far. Remember my musings last week in which I ended by saying that I was beginning to suspect this Holographic Universe theory might well describe the true nature of our reality? Shortly afterwards someone sent me a copy of Focus Magazine. Prof Cox graced the front page in February edition but just look at what's in the March edition.

Note is doesn't pose the question: Is The Universe You Live In a Hologram? It says: The Universe You Live In Is A Hologram

I can't post  the article for copyright reasons. You will need to purchase a copy of Focus online plus, if you missed them you may now like to scroll down two posts and select (or revisit) the links for the 5 part video series entitled. Holographic Universe which I put up in January.

Finally, just in case anyone tries to assert that my headline drew them in under false pretences. Is the pope Catholic? See this GREAT article here  This article in 'Spiked' is one which astrologers will attribute to the Pluto/Uranus 90 degree angle forming up in the heavens. The Pope may well be liberating (personal liberation = Uranus in Aries) the Papacy and humanity from the bonds of tradition (Transformation in corridors of power and established traditions = Pluto in Capricorn). Times are a- changing folks and if you want my tip for the fulfilment of 'the Last Pope' prophecy, who better to look to than Cardinal Tarcisio PIETRO Evasio Bertone born in ROMANO Canavese to be Petrus Romanus (Peter the Roman).

More next week,

Until then be sure to collaborate with your fate and look up from your smartphones so you can duck the inbound asteroid on Friday!

Prof Brian Cox validates the mechanism of astrology

Wave/Particle Duality

For millennia astrologers, mystics and a great number of philosophers and eastern religions have been aware that there is an interconnectivity - a unity, a oneness - underlying all known creation.

Since antiquity they have referred to this unity as 'The All' or 'The All that is':

Now physicists seem to be singing from the same hymn sheet as metaphysics* and science and spirituality are coming into closer alignment. It's not that the two ( i.e. modern science and ancient doctrines) are only just coming together in the 21st century, for physicists have known since the advent of the 'double slit experiment' in the early 1800's that the act of observation affects the behaviour of atomic particles. This led them to the conclusion that there must be some form of underlying unification between man and matter and saw a redoubling of efforts to understand the nature of consciousness in this mix. It is interesting to note that the ancient wisdom teachings have passed along the knowledge that there is:

One principle of consciousness permeating the entire universe, occupying all space and being essentially the same kind at every level. That is The All.

So when referring to the initial double split experiment it is perhaps fair to say that physicists had encountered consciousness but didn't yet realize it.

In case you are unaware of this experiment, in essence it was the one from which physicists deduced that subatomic particles exist in a state of infinite possibility - which we might term an ocean of waves of consciousness. Until the waveform is collapsed via observation it exists everywhere and nowhere at once. As we and the observable universe are comprised of particles from this ocean of wave/particle duality it is clear we are part of consciousness in motion, separate but connected - like individual waves are inseparable from the sea.

An alternative metaphor about the nature of reality is that everything (from the macrocosmic scale of galaxies right down to each person or animal or 'thing' ) is like individual vortexes in a river.  Each vortex is separate but cannot ever be removed from the river because it is formed from the river itself.

So quantum physics divulged that we appear to be part of some gargantuan ocean/matrix/net/fabric or web (use whatever image you prefer) of interconnectedness where everything affects what happens to everything else and all possibilities exist. Essentially this supports the theory mentioned in the videos I linked to in my last post, entitled The Holographic Universe. The consciousness model within those films suggests that not only are we thinkers but at some level we are also being thought!

That we have total freewill is therefore part of the illusion we call life. We can only collaborate with it from a place of 'observing our observer' for ultimately ...

Mind has erected the objective outside world … out of its own stuff - Schrodinger

Wise astrologers have always understood that we exist in an ocean of Mind (aka consciousness) and the way that Mind interacts with us - and us with it - can be determined by looking at the moment we appeared in it rising out of the waters of our mothers womb into form. The received wisdom is therefore that each baby has a birth chart which charts a separate ripple in the fabric of time and helps discern its nature.

It may not be that the planets in our external world are directly affecting us but as they move and weave a pattern of cycles it's clear to astrologers that anyone can discover themselves responding with, and moving in, similar cycles on the internal plane too. In other words there is a hidden underlying order (read mathematically/geometrically) which can be made obvious to those with the eyes to see - those who know how to note correspondence. We know the planets and heavenly bodies each have their own atomic structure and as we are all formed from the same 'stuff' these must be mirrored in us at some level.

Don't take my word for it though, I'm a metaphysician and came at this understanding after decades of study of ancient wisdom teachings but the particle physicist turned showman, luvvie and vitriolic astrology basher, Professor Brian Cox, has confirmed this view and publicly admitted that the planets must indeed affect Man.

Talking in a televised address from the lecture hall at the Royal Institute of Great Britain, re-aired on TV this week, Professor Cox explained an unbreakable law of nature used by quantum physicists known as Pauli's Exclusion Principle. This principle refers to the activity and arrangement of electrons throughout the Universe.

Professor Cox said - and I quote:

"The Pauli Exclusion Principle applies to EVERY electron in the Universe - not just every electron in a single atom or a single molecule - and this leads to a bizarre conclusion that the particles that make up this diamond are in communication with particles everywhere, inside all of you and inside the atoms in the furthest corners of the Universe..."

What that comment means is that as Pauli's Principle holds true for every electron everywhere then the electrons in the atoms in any planet or any heavenly body must be in communication with those in us. Yep, he confirmed it again:

'the subatomic building blocks of our bodies are constantly shifting in response to events occurring at the edge of the universe' - Cox

This correlation is the basic principle of astrology as seen in the famous hermetic axiom - As above, So Below, As within, So Without (paraphrased).

This axiom comes from an ancient doctrine also known as the Law of Correspondence. This law asserts that all matter in the universe will resonate to (or shift in response to movement of) matter of a like nature ( i.e similar energy nature) and this is inseparable from the subject of harmonics, which is essentially the study of wave motion. Deep in the core of the apparently rigid structure of our bodies we are vibrational beings. Every atom is constantly in motion, motion has energy which is vibration and vibration creates sound, therefore we are constantly sending out a signal but also resonating to signals in the world around us.

Just like individual players in a grand symphony orchestra, our personal 'instrument' has a particular quality and attunement. Think of a trumpet and a violin, they are separate, they look different but each one is fashioned out of a unique piece of metal or wood. When they are played their vibration will be received by the eardrum of the listener as a different sound quality even when playing the same note but they are both playing their individual part in the overall symphony that is one musical piece.

If you are an instrument though, who then is 'playing' you? And who is the 'listener'? Well again, we return to the original premise; there is no separation. You are player and listener i.e. consciousness seeking to know itself in a complex feedback loop.

The ancient teachings do say that 'Like and unlike are the same just different in degree' which is the concept of Yin/Yang - inseparable duality - too.

To return to Professor Cox's statements above, what this means is that if the electrons in the furthest corners of the Universe are affecting us, we must surely have the capacity to affect them. In other words if Cox says:

'the subatomic building blocks of our bodies are constantly shifting in response to events occurring at the edge of the universe'

He would also have to say:

'the subatomic building blocks of the Universe are constantly shifting in response to events occurring in our bodies'

I can just about accept that, en masse, as a collective consciousness we may have some hitherto hidden powers to effect a chain reaction such as a geophysical event or a starburst in space but with the best will in the world I cannot imagine we could change the orbits of planets or prevent the arrival of an eclipse!

That said, we are told by the quantum physicists that because of wave/particle duality the Universe is effectively illusory and that there is no out there, out there...

How something is, or what its state is, is an illusion. It may be a useful illusion for some purposes, but if we want to think fundamentally we must not lose sight of the essential fact that it is an illusion - Quantum Cosmologist Lee Smolin
and

The universe does not exist, out there,‘ independent of all acts of observation. Instead, it is in some strange sense a participatory universe - John Wheeler, scientist colleague of Albert Einstein and Niels Bohr, mentor to many of today's leading physicists, and the man who chose the name 'Black hole'.

So, this takes us (me) right back to the videos I posted last week called The Holographic Universe.

Having spent the last week or so genning up on the latest scientific theories about the nature of our reality, I'm left having to seriously contemplate the fact that some sadistic part of my personal vortex of consciousness caused the irritating, adolescent-like, Professor Brian Cox to pop up on my television screen solely so I could know that pompous, adolescent part of myself!

The 'consciousness model' put forward in The Holographic Universe videos - and by many learned men of science - suggests that this same consciousness which materialised Professor Cox into my reality has also caused me to write this blog and bring all of you who are reading this, and the computer I am writing it on, into being. In other words I am in - and we all are in - our own personal 3D total immersion movie (i.e. a holographic reality) bringing everything we encounter into existence simply so that we can come to know ourselves. You don't exist independent of me.

This would also mean that when Mars, Mercury and Neptune are in the mathematically derived division of the 360 circle of the ecliptic we call Pisces and I keep encountering media reports about the Health Service or people throwing shoes at Iran's President, or stories about a fish apocalypse - plus references in my everyday world to subjects such as illusory worlds; lucid dreaming; those spending time dealing with confusion; deceit; nebulousness; chaos; compassion; fantasy; music; drink; drugs; romance etc (not all at the same time I might add) it is solely because it fits my belief that I will encounter things of this nature at this time. This in turn would be due to my belief in astrology and what I believe Mars, Mercury and Neptune in the sign of Pisces implies - a belief system which you may or may not share but I scripted you into 'my movie' to agree or disagree anyway!

We have to remember that what we observe is not nature in itself, but nature exposed to our method of questioning - Heisenberg

So as it was the very esteemed quantum physicist Werner Heisenberg who said the above, one can only extrapolate that this gives credence to the metaphysical tenet 'Whatever you look for you will find'

In other words - and to make this very clear - I found what I expected. Our external world is all an illusory construct and we affect the illusion with our individual internal belief systems about what we are going to see. As within, So without.

Gosh my brain hurts. Does yours? If you are out there (and quantum physics says you aren't!) I'm going to script you into my movie again next week and invite you back to this page as I intend to have discovered more about what all this means. Then I can at least try to pretend I am helping you to collaborate with your fate - and in doing so I can come to know myself better! (wink)

The Single Organising Principle of the Universe

I first began writing this blog post the day before yesterday, in advance of today's Venus/Pluto conjunction. It has not been posted until now because something very synchronistic and totally 'of the nature' of the Venus/Pluto conjunction (and perhaps divine intervention) occurred in between.

I will leave the post exactly as it was - which was unfinished - and then give my account of what happened further down the page. For now though, the original post said:

If ever it is categorised this blog Collaborate with Fate is listed under either Metaphysics or Astrology. To be precise however there should be no either/or. In essence astrology is the study of metaphysical laws of the Cosmos and knowledge of these laws reveals our unity and divinity.

Right from the very start of this (and other) blogs since 2006 I have sought to awaken people to this metaphysical understanding that each of us - and everything in this world, animate and inanimate - is just a differentiated part of one source energy.  Unfortunately however, the word Astrology rarely conjures up thoughts of a study which alerts us to our inherent unity with all that is. Instead it currently tends to be inseparable in the minds of many from prediction/fortune-telling.

In truth it is a route to acquiring understanding about the ultimate nature of our being and reality.

It's a crying shame that astrology is so misunderstood because by not recognising the vast treasure house of primordial wisdom which underpins the subject, many people may be missing out on a route to accelerate their personal growth and gain a deeper awareness of Life

I deliberately mention this now because this is a particularly good time to be seeking a deeper awareness about Life (and love) for up in the heavens Venus is in its annual conjunction with Pluto.

Venus/Pluto conjunctions have been shown to coincide with the unearthing (Pluto) of truths and especially those which can enrich our lives (Venus). Both planets are currently in the sign of Capricorn - the sign most closely associated with the wisdom teachings. Even when Venus leaves the sign, Pluto will remain constantly in Capricorn until 2023. This denotes that awareness of ancient wisdom is due for a major revival over the next decade and will transform many people's view about established, organised religion and its dogma and doctrines. I want to continue to be one of the many people working to help change those long-held religious paradigms and bring the (suppressed) truth to the masses.

To that end, many moons ago I began a book about the ancient wisdom and the wisdom schools and their teaching methods. It is such a vast subject that it is still a work in progress but a Venus/Pluto conjunction seems like a good time to share an extract from an opening chapter which I entitled Temple of Truth:

“The time will come when the secret wisdom, shall again be the dominating religious and philosophical urge of the world. The day is at hand when the doom of dogma shall be sounded…Out of the cold ashes of lifeless creeds shall rise, phoenix like, the ancient mysteries” Manly P. Hall

Throughout the ages the perpetuation of knowledge about the unity of mankind, and the Universe that he inhabits, has been the sole reason for the existence of Wisdom Schools.

The dissemination of knowledge about the laws of nature, the powers of the mind, the mysteries of matter and the secrets of our being have always been of the utmost importance for the survival and enrichment of humanity. Without some guide stone, some blueprint of basic truth and a moral code for us all to touch base with humanity would find itself in danger of descending into unresolvable social chaos.

We require a structure to our existence and a system of awareness about the world we inhabit, but one which applies to and resonates with people of every race, creed and colour. The Wisdom Schools provide this. These schools have been around since antiquity and many of these 'Temples of Truth' still exist to this day.

Patently, organised religion also provides a very comforting framework for many but it is not the way back to an understanding of our unity or a proponent of unadulterated Truth. If it were religions wouldn’t have competitive theologies, each often claiming to be holier than its counterpart. Many religious people wouldn’t live in fear of angering some all-powerful being or fear being subjected to some damnation if they eschew Church leadership or question it’s precepts.

Religion literally means to re-tie, the word comes from the Latin Religare but religion is supposed to retie us all to one source and one system of faith, not create distinct divisions or disempower us. It should be self evident that any belief system which can spark wars and lead to bloodshed in its name is not a proponent of unity and therefore not a religion at all. Neither is any practice which engenders fear or demands blind faith or excludes anyone from joining.

Man should be able to be a freethinker without threat of religious censure.

Why should man be afraid to think, and why should he fear to express his thoughts?
Is it possible that an infinite Deity is unwilling that a man should investigate the phenomena by which he is surrounded?
– Robert G. Ingersoll

The Wisdom Schools have never been concerned with limitations or shunning, shaming or banishing seekers from the 'fold'. Nor are they prescriptive about the name given to the ‘Intelligent Mind’ – the Universal force which at this very moment is turning our planet, making your heart beat, whilst simultaneously making your brain compute these words.

If you wish to call this force God, Brahman or Allah or any other name, it would be of no concern to any true wisdom school. They never ask that anyone relinquish any of their current religious beliefs. All they seek to do is to pass down ancient knowledge and guide mankind towards Universal Truth, with the sole aim that those who are earnestly seeking understanding about the nature of their existence will become aware of their inherent divinity and power.

In essence, the Wisdom Schools have always had one tenet – there is no religion higher than truth - and they teach one fundamental principle, which encompasses all others. This can be summed up in the quote:

‘The secret of life is to die before we die and find there is no death.

To some this may sound very cryptic, so let's put it in plain language -  wisdom teachers make it known that we need to learn to die to the belief of our separateness and awaken to an understanding of our immortality as energy enclosed in form.

Indeed we could call this THE fundamental wisdom teaching from which all others arise, for it is an unassailable scientific fact that energy can never be destroyed.

We appear to be solid blocks of flesh and blood but make no mistake, when any of the constituent parts of matter, whether that be Mankind or any other animate or inanimate object are looked at under a powerful microscope, then at the quantum level (the level of atoms) everything is seen to be just a bundle of moving energy. Moreover this is one vast unified energy, for everything existing throughout the entire Universe affects, or is affected by, everything else. As human beings we are all just a differentiated part of one energy system.

This quickly leads to one further, magnificent understanding. As it is another scientific truth that all parts are the same in kind and quality as the whole they arose from, it has to follow that if we come from this one energy ‘God Source' then we are all divine.

When we ‘die’ to the falsehood of our separation and aloneness and awaken to the realisation of our innate divinity, concomitantly we discover that heaven is not a place ‘up there’ where God (call him, it or she or what you wish) resides but a state of mind we can create in our daily life - even when our routine involves encountering irritable people, traffic jams, arguments with co-workers or loved ones, bill paying and the boring minutiae of daily tasks. When we realise this it is at that point we are metaphorically reborn.

We are reborn to a life where we realise we are not constrained within the physical body but rather we are all-powerful spiritual beings having a human experience.

So, I had added this extract and I had titled the post The Single Organising Principle of the Universe  because I was going to conclude by saying that the ancient teachings inform us that the single organising force in the Universe is energy (Vibration/oscillation/frequency) and the single organising principle is interconnectivity - and astrology is the route to understanding both.

Just as I was about to write that out however, I got an e-mail which led me to YouTube where my attention was drawn to a video that I had last watched about 3 years ago. It was Michael Talbot talking about his book The Holographic Universe. I became engrossed in this video once more and then, as this interview had been recorded in 1991, I started wondering what the latest thinking was about the theory of a Holographic Universe. My very first Google search led me to this site Butterfliesfree.com and a series of 'workshop' videos posted there.

I quickly realised I was having my very own Venus/Pluto experience because;
a) all metaphysicians/astrologers know that butterflies - the website name - have direct correspondence with the planet Pluto.
b) as I started to watch the videos, I recognised the huge synchronicity between what I had been writing about (the oneness of Life) and the subject matter of these videos (Holography) and
c) I had just written the words in my blogpost "Venus/Pluto conjunctions have been shown to coincide with the unearthing (Pluto) of truths and especially those which can enrich our lives (Venus)" and I had also mentioned 'all parts are the same in kind and quality as the whole they arose from'.

I knew there must be something to enrich my understanding in that sites content because the timing was so right. Therefore, yesterday I engaged in over SIX hours of continuous viewing (because I was so riveted) and then realised I had to come back to this post and share the links to each video.

These videos are an astounding piece of work by Stephen Davis, a true labour of love given freely which pulls together and packages up in one complete parcel in six hours all the knowledge about Quantum Mechanics and Metaphysics and the nature of the cosmos that it has taken me and many others decades to learn! After you have watched the videos if you reread my post you'll perhaps recognise what a synchronicity it was to find these videos at this time.

I need to go away and cogitate on what I have viewed (and download Stephen's e-book) as it adds a new dimension/angle to my understanding, but for now all I can say is if you truly want to collaborate with fate, please do take the time to watch all these videos. If you are reading this I think you - like me - are meant to be led to them!
