So, just as we are going to see a change of leader in America, with the inauguration of Barack Obama, so there will be much change in many careers (and by polarity, in matters over home and land ownership) but you can 'lead' the way you want to go from now on. So assume command and catch yourself a favourable wind, don't let the economic gales dash you on the rocks of despair or futility!
