All cycle watchers know that Jupiter/Uranus (JU/UR) alignments, such as we have now, correlate to events in Space. The symbolism doesn't often come as perfect as this though: On this JU/UR/SA alignment, something hit Jupiter! It happened at 20.31UT, 3 June 2010.
Watch the video here.Here's some more symbolism that caught my eye. The Sun is in Gemini (sign of duality and twinned things). Gunman Derrick Bird, perpetrator of the terrible and senseless massacre in Cumbria has 2 r's in his name. Birds are said to correlate to Gemini and air signs (2 wings, quick movement etc) and Derrick was a twin. I had just been re reading the thought provoking book
Cosmic Loom which has a lengthy section about the Dunblane massacre. In this book Dennis Elwell made similar connections and observations about coincidences between that gunman, Thomas Hamilton, and sign placements, names and world events connecting into that tragedy. We need a new paradigm for how the world works/interconnects.
I feel sure that the temporary shut down of the nuclear plant Sellafield, during this massacre (due to its proximity when the gunman was on the loose) also has some hidden meaning, which 'those with the eyes to see' may one day connect. JU/UR cycles seem to have connections to nuclear issues.
Incidentally Saturn at this shooting opposes Saturn at the Dunblane Massacre of 13 March 1996
Wiki tells us that Derrick Bird was born on 8th Oct 1957 making him a Libran. I do not have a birthplace or time but here is his Solar chart.

In the chart, Bird's Saturn/Uranus trine is exact. this pairing is often associated with breakdowns and these two planets have now cycled to a transiting opposition and are being joined by Jupiter. Depending on what time he was born, Bird's natal alignment is triggered by his Moon in Aries. Uranus is now in Aries and Jupiter is about to join it. This is said to be the lunar placing that can exhibit the most raw anger. Anything to do with heat and seeing red (as I explained in the last blog post) is Arien. This includes firearms. I said fires will also be in the news and a huge fire in Bangladesh took the life of over a hundred people yesterday.
If you have planets being affected by the first few degrees of Cardinal signs 0-6 Aries, Cancer, Capricorn, Libra, check your fire/smoke alarms are working. Watch for burns, accidents to the head and face, headaches and you could consider taking a half an aspirin or fresh garlic to thin your blood a little, as this is thought to help prevent blood clots and strokes (consult your Doctor before taking any medication.) Also be wary of sudden electrical surges or electric shocks.
In the Football World Cup, assuming it isn't hijacked by protests or other unsavoury events, watch out for an amazing header ( a ball passed to another player or into a goal by the head) and surprise wins and losses from teams wearing Aquamarine or Red shirts. On the subject of JU/UR and red (plus the Mars/Neptune opposition) last night I had a very vivid dream. Its contents may be solely for my benefit but it is intriguing me that in the dream I was at an Equestrian Centre called Meridian/Meridan(?) and a red plane crashed in the field outside and then shortly afterwards a missile (one of those cigar shaped ones like a torpedo with 4 fins on the end) came down too. I haven't had such a vivid dream for ages and never usually mention them here for fear of sounding a bit cuckoo, but I am intrigued enough about it's import to share it now. I'll be watching the news to see if this dream was prophetic in any way.
Back to Derrick Bird - Mars/Neptune aspects correlate to a complete loss (Neptune) of temper (Mars) usually stemming from feelings of (or literal) impotence, but we have to remember his twin would have had almost the same birth chart, Moon sign and transits so how do we explain this? Well, many astrologers have often thought that in one twin the chart energy is often internalised and in the other externalised - repressed and expressed. It is just a theory.
As I say Jupiter is just about to change signs at 06.28 GMT on 6 June. Where situations have been dragging, new starts will present themselves or new factors will arise 'out of the blue' that alter the status quo. Sagittarians and Pisceans may enter or leave your life or they may just surprise you. Sagittarians/Pisceans and Aquarians could hook up in some way and this is also a time when we would expect extra attention on the subject of astrology (astrologers) and astronomy (astronomers), older astrologers/astronomesr may leave to make way for new blood. It may be time for me to go!
